Naff is a Certified Professional Effectiveness Coach and Management Consultant,
specializing in integrating change at all levels of an individual’s experience.
She has spent over 20 years working with executives and managers in the
telecommunications, financial, construction, and R & D industries. Chris has
coached teams in areas from market strategy planning to successful program
development. She also works with individuals on personal effectiveness in the
areas of leadership, communication, and life-balance. She specializes in
integrating change at all levels of an individual’s experience to enable her
clients to be self-correcting and self-generating. Chris is a graduate of St.
Mary’s Executive MBA program and has an active interest in community coaching
activities including parent and educator training programs. Music, reading, and
outdoor activities with her family are among her sources of vitality and
renewal.
